A friend had Spence Wolf build him up a JRJ in 1963 and it had not
only the Cinelli hubs but also the Cottered type TA alloy cranks, My own
Hetchins delivered at Hetchins in 1970 also has them. I know Spence had
quite a stock because it seemed to be something he continued using into
the 70s plus he used them on racing as well as touring bikes
