We have two TS Isaac bikes here -- a spare frame built for USCF in 1979, intended to accompany the team to the Moscow Olympics (which never happened due to the boycott), and a late 70s touring frame:

Brian contacted me last year after he picked up his TS Isaac, and he used my photographs to design reproduction decals for his frame:

These may be a newer style than your frame, but perhaps they'll suffice.

I also have a package of the yellow bands with "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" (used to offset the seat tube panel) that Tim gave to me before he left Trek.
