Some odd details, though...a mix of period and modern. What's the deal with the front axle being so short? Shouldn't there be one more link in the chain (so you don't need to break it to remove the wheel)? No-crest Model 14s. Are those steel dust caps on the pedals? ...shouldn't they be alloy for Con Dente pedals?
