Na, he can just steal one little middle eastern dune jumpers from some school kid. About the same. Then he will get one hand and one leg cut off. That will put an end to his shenanigans. In Texas we still hang a cattle rustler. I have an old 67 Schwinn Sting-Ray I could maybe send him if someone would pick up the cargo! :-).
