Sounds like it's not a Raleigh at all but a FLYING SCOT, made by David Rattray & Co., Murray Street, Glasgow....

I spotted a bike advertised as a Raleigh Scot on Ebay and thought it looked interesting bid and won. Long trip to collect 160 mls away, however was very pleased when I inspected it.
