Not sure if this would help or not but there is a bike shop in Port Chester NY called something like Port Chester Cycles. It is run by a man named Frank ____? and his wife Doti?(maybe). They sponsored a team called Brno Velo. Anyway he is from Brno in Czechoslovakia and was a racer and might know something about them. I'm not sure if the shop still exists but I bought a bike their when I was 17(which was 17 years ago) and my best friend was on their team. Its a long shot but you never know. I saw their team mentioned on a webpage so you never know.

Hope it helps,
Tim (no time to ride today) Carter
