Glenn:

This sounds like Quality's problem, not Stronglight's. I've recently bought a silver one from Gilbert in Raleigh, and my newly-arived (one week old) Mercian came with one (at my request; a Delta would be incongruous on a Mercian!). Either way, the A9 and Delta are the only currently-produced headsets that make sense to me from a design standpoint.
