Cycling Plus (C+) is, in my opinion, the best English language all-around bicycling magazine being published today. It's based out of England, and they will ship issues to the US. While pricier than US magazines, there's simply no comparison. Some better magazine/book shops carry it, but it's rare. See the following URL for more info:
