I was about to express basically what Peter said, my concerns about scaling the image up and a concern about how well it would work as screened on fabric. My experience has suggested that fine photo screens often transfer in a less than perfect way and can wear poorly. But that's just my experience with the T's I own, I know not how they were done or what care was taken.
On Chuck's Tee's; I _love_ the "Thirties Racer" shirt. Etremely cool graphic, and nice and striking visually. But I too wish they were 100% cotton (at $30 CDN I'd find it hard to imagine myself popping for a 50/50, no matter how cool) :-(
