Subject: [Classicrendezvous] Schwinn Paramount frame for trade

Esteemed Listmembers, A customer of mine "rescued" an old Schwinn Paramount from a bike shop and brought it to me for restoration. However, it is too large for him and I told him that it may be possible to trade frames with someone who may be looking for something a little larger. This is a road racing model (no eyelets) ser. # B7438, Nervex Professional lugs and crown, chrome in good usable condition all around. Seat tube- 24"or 61cm, Top tube- 23"or 58.5cm, with a 40.5" wheelbase. We would like to trade for something closer to a 22" seat tube. Chrome has to be in usable condition similar to this frame. Condition of paint is not important as we plan to restore it. No rust buckets, please. This frame is in good overall condition with no rust, just worn out paint. Does this appeal to anyone out there? If so, please reply off list so we don't muddy up the CR waters.

Thank you, Joe Bell
