Well yes! There was a ton of them printed but that was 15 years ago or more and you can't just pop out and buy a copy when the urge strikes you... Many used book stores have them but with no predictable regularity.. And there certainly are no more being printed.. If you see an inexpensive copy somewhere, buy it and give it to a friend!
