Hey Wayne (and others), I have a 1969 Bottechia that I'm restoring. I have good copies of the decals that I can print out on nice glossy paper. Do you know where, how, I might make these into decals that could be applied to the bike before the clear coat? Thanks, Mark <<

There's a product on the market that will turn just about anything into a "sticker". We called it Redi-Mount back when I was in the exhibit and display business, but I don't know if that's a product name or just a convenient term somebody made up. It's basically a double-faced adhesive film that has a protective sheet on both sides. It's sold by the sheet in commercial art supply stores. Cut a piece the approximate size of your item. Peel one side of the protective sheet off exposing the film, place your item on the sticky film. Trim to match your item. Viola. Instant sticker, waiting for you to peel off the backing and adhere to whatever. Only works well if your original material is fairly thin. I've done it. It works.
Good luck.
