Joe, I have a catalog from that era that shows the tubing as Columbus Tretubi and the original brakes as Modolo Flash.

And for anyone wanting to recreate Aldo's wonderful Bianchi fixed gear ride story, I have one of the Bianchi frames Joe is asking about, in 58cm, asking $75 shipped, perfect for that fixed gear project.
