Maybe I'm mistaken, but I thought Tretubi just meant "three tubes" i.e. main tubes are Columbus, the equivalent of the French Reynolds "3 tubes renforce" sticker. If I'm correct, "Tretubi" really tells you nothing about which grade of Columbus was used, and it would therefore be redundant to say that the main triangle is Tretubi. Perhaps someone else can correct me, or if not, perhaps someone knows what grade of main tubes (SL? SLX? Aelle?) usually carried carried this sticker.
