Hey Gang, A report from the meet last sunday, Friend Rick & I packed up 10 bikes and some odds and ends for sale. Guess there was around 150 sellers, just your backyard old retired racers, few vendors. The bikes real impressive, Track bikes gallore....Tri stuff and many roade items as well. Seems though that Rick ANd I were the olny ones selling pre 1980 stuff, got alot of ohhs and aws ,on the ambroshia ajustable stem....Sold an old Performance Trainer for 20 bucks, Bought a Park workstand for $45,Rick sold a Mongose BMX frame and fork,(First one they made) also sold a Systems Track bike for a Kid. I sold another pair of Leotard Pedals, for 20 bucks,Not many folks even knew what the stuff we had was, think it was the age group & era of the folks, we came back with an Astra-Damier,U-08,Ralegh10spd,Motobecane Mirage,Nishiki Semi-Pro,and the 1968 Windsor , NO bites.

Lots of Jerseys real cheap$5-15 bucks, tons of clothes, think the racers kinda cleaned out theirs closets, among hot bikes I saw were Mercian,Klein,Pinarello,Peuqeot 80s, and alot of brands I have never seen before. It truly was a learning experience,However next year I will come with a few more bucks to buy.....

Maybe next year!
