I have shipped about 14 out today, all of you who have ordered and gotten your addresses etc., to me have been shipped.
There are 10 or so books left so let me know ASAP if you want one. More may be available but I am not certain.
As a function of being a little lazy, I am eliminating the $16.95 "slow" ship (hard to find a suitable box to ship in) and I am ONLY offering the $20. "neat" deal that includes Priority Mail. Only a couple of bucks difference but hugely simpler due the the good old Postal Service....
