Rather than waiting for the night before to reglue, or converting over to clinchers. Why not check them all this winter (as previously decribed) to see if the tires are firmly attached and in good condition. If they're excessively cracked, have bulges or coming off the base tape you have plenty of time to deal with it. I might wonder about tires I glued three years ago but if I checked them late winter /early spring I'd feel confident. Of course there's something to be said for checking any tire before you ride.

Q. Is it ok to just glue the tire back to the tape with the same tire glue used to mount to wheel?
