There seems to be an additional consideration on the Jubilee as discussed a while back. On at least some Jubilees, even though they have a tang for the Campy DO stop, if one tightens the upper pivot bolt into the DO, the derailleur body will be pinched by the pivot bolt and will not rotate backward as needed when removing the rear wheel. These derailleurs usually come with a chromed nut on the inside end of the upper pivot bolt. I appears that one needs to secure the derailleur to the DO by tightening the chrome nut against the INSIDE surface of the DO, rather than tightening the pivot bold against the outside of the DO. This leaves the derailleur body free to rotate backward for wheel removal, at least this procedure worked when mounting a Jubilee on my 1977 Motobecane LeChampion.
