According to the 1981 IPBS catalog, the #3 is "nylon type buffalo covered padded - $26.95", and the #4 is "Nylon type leather covered padded - $24.95".

Also inluded are #55 "nylon type - $12.95" and #65 "nylon type leather covered - $18.95"
