I have two 1st edition SR rear derailleurs. One is Pat.77 on my
Lupo and the one is Pat. 83 on my Galmozzi1983. When I ordered SR
group in early 1984 , the shop asked whether I liked older type
or new type and I ordered the older one because I thought the
older type rear derailleur matched better the new type(partly
black) SR front derailleur. So the seller's comment that it was
made for only one year is not correct.
