I've seen information similar to what Chuck Schmidt provided on the Bicycle Classic website. I have a set of NOS NR Cranks with #11 in a rectangle purchased from a gentleman who said he purchased them new in about 1984. As I recall there was a later issue with #22 in a rectangle. Mike Kone might have more specific info.
