Your rear derailleur looks like a "Competition" front changer. The early ones (circa 1948-52) look vary slightly from later models in that they had an aluminum "knob" as opposed to the later chromed steel knurled knob. Early versions should have a small wingnut on the pivot housing and not a hex nut like yours has. This wing nut was commonly replaced by a hex nut after the wing nut was losr.

Your rear derailleur looks like a Champion du monde or TdF, but cannot tell without looking at the face of the body. It should be engraved as such.

Too bad both are so rusty, but for the right bike they can be cleaned up fairly well.
