On " Il Romanzo di Coppi" , special edition of a Italian magzine " Lo Sport " ,Nov.1953, I find some information on Coppi's Bianchi. Maybe this is not what you want, but I write down here.

# 170mm cottered Bianchi cranks with TA adopter and 50, 46 chainrings # Freewheel ; 14 - 22 # frame; 17.5cm head tube , 63.5cm down tube , 61cm seat tube , 58.5cm top tube # stem 10cm # Pirelli tubulars ; front ; 310g always rear ; 250-280g criterium or "Milano-Sanremo" 300g "Giro del Veneto" 310g "Giro D'Italia" # The saddle was at least 20 years old. # bicycle weight ; 9.5 kg # Coppi had 4 bicycles which were all same. # Above information was given by Pinella and Gillardi of the " Reparto Corse " of Bianchi
