I picked up a spare fork to go on an eBay framest, my unidentifiable Cirrus 7. It is a Schwinn fork, made out of Tange tubing. The steerer tube is marked "Tange 9C", and "Made in Japan". Drop outs are Tange TF, single eyelets. Crown is a rather heavily sloped semi sloping style with a recessed brake hole. "Schwinn" is stenciled on the legs in a rather hideous purple interrupted-line style font. Assembly work on crown and eyelets seems solid, but not stunning. Color is lite beige/champagne.
Does anyone have any info? In particular, can we determine whether it's chrome-moly?
Thanks
