[CR]Columbus decal

Would you see this page? http://www.cyclesdeoro.com/Columbus_main.htm I know there was a decal which had the same design as the early foil type sticker. I would like to know which was older the foil type one or the decal and the period of both. And also would like to know more exact period of the 2nd decal which had "Columbus" on the bottom row.
