I have a early 60's Cinelli catalog that lists four saddles. They are listed as "Unica" pat Nitor models 50, 55, 65, 70. The logo on the side of the saddle is an oval with "UNICANITOR" at the top of the oval with "BREVETTATA" centered and "MADE IN ITALY" along the bottom edge of the oval. I don't see a Cinelli logo anywhere on the saddle.
