What are the dimensions of the head tube and headset? Bridgestones of the RBT level had 30.2mm i.d. head tubes. Specialized made their headsets in that size as well as the "Japanese" standard of 30mm. I'd measure those two parts first, see if the headset measures small. Head tubes don't often enlarge without a crash happening.
