I have one of those too, and it has no model name. The arms are identical to the couple of Stars I've got - though at least one of the Stars has no model name either!

Something I've never seen is a Nervar catalog, or even much information on the various models.

By the way I also have some "Sport" cottered cranks that use the 128mm 5-pin rings, and a cotterless steel Sport. I've also seen one-piece Nervars.

And that's about as much as I know!
