I just got a Zak Jewelry Tools catalog the other day and they have Engravographs which are used to. . . well engrave things. Yes they start at $2000 and go up from there but you could charge CR members $50 a chainring and have the thing paid off in 6 months. Zak isn't the cheapest so if you look around you could find them cheaper.
Also if you like really clean and shiny parts an ultrasonic cleaner may be your ticket.
