All depends on the wall-hanger: I have a very early 70s Colnago Super I'm restoring (original paint and graphics) and once I'm done, it will go for a ride very seldom, if ever. My main pleasure will be simply looking at it, much the way I enjoy looking at certain great paintings. It represents a time and place that will never be again, and that in itself is valuable, completely apart from some more functional utility.
