Duane. I have a frame I got from Dave Martinez that is nearly identical, same graphics except no "Professional", same fork crown, same 120 spacing, same brazeons or lack thereof. Dave and I figured late 70's or early 80's. The recessed brakes, the top tube brazeon cable guides, and the graphics seem to indicate 80's, while the 120 spacing and lack of shifter bosses seem to indicate 70's.
