Campy Record hubs (what most people call Nuovo Record, though technically they weren't) were available in 24, 28, 32, and 36 holes, and possibly some other drillings. There are some 28's out there, with the rears seemingly more abundant than the fronts. They are probably not much more scarce than 36's, since they aren't that sought-after. With the 28 h SC rims you will have a nice setup. If you can't find your hubs, sell me the rims!!! I'm betting that they're the set that I was outbid on last month.

Also, I think the SC Record Du Monde was the really light rim, the Medaille d'or was the mid weight and the Arc-en-Ciel was the "heavy" rim at about 350g. Than again, I was riding clinchers back then, so I'm I might be mistaken.
