I''ll be there to ride/display my '99 Riv Road, which is a rare, elusive, highly sought-after match-built one. Tongue in cheek there after all the "Joe worship" I see, but my bike is perfect and I'm never gonna sell it, so who cares. And I like Joe a lot, too.

If it looks like rain I'll probably bring my fendered Heron Road, an unusual bike with a $15 pair of derailleurs down low and a lugged stem up high. It's one of the rare, elusive, etc., Waterford-built ones.

Also bringing my antique wing nut collection for the cognoscenti to ID for me, as well as whatever odd hubs and things you Frenchies might want that I can trade for something useful. There's an off chance I might pretty up my early 50's (or earlier?) 650B-wheeled Terrot tourer and bring it too, but if so it will have a set of modern rims and tires installed.

Can't wait, and wondering whether my bride is coming or I should offer to share the double I've reserved at the Battleground Inn.
