I like Sta-Lube brand's "Extreme Pressure MOLY-GRAPH Multi-purpose grease." It's not too thick, or too thin. It has great slippery stuff in it (molydenum disulfide & graphite). And, it doesn't get thicker and harder with time. It also doesn't push away from the bearings like some more famous greases do. And it's really inexpensive.

It's only problem is that you can't tell how dirty it is by it's color getting darker, like lighter colored greases do, because it's already black.

FYI, I'm not a representative of the company, nor am I paid for pushing their product. This is just my opinion, and you can take it or leave it.
