Ladies & Gentlemen,
Some frame makers in years past have had emblems screened and painted on their frames, as opposed to using decals. I am looking at a 1960's Legnano frame as I write this. The Legnano script, bordered in red, is painted on the frame.
How do the frame painters on our list go about refinishing such a frame? Seems to me that a decal would not capture the original color or texture of the painted logo.
