I believe you can tell the rear derailleurs apart by the plates on either side of the red/clear plastic "Simplex" logo. The plates on the Prestige are chrome plated, while the cheaper ones had black-oxide plates. On the front, I think, but I'm not certain, the plated parts are of a higher polish chrome. It's been a long time since the days when I assembled a lot of French bicycles (Peugeot, Jeunet & Follis mainly), so I could be mistaken here.
