Thanks for the help on the Prestige/Criterium derailleur.
90% sure I have a Criterium, but a different year than the $200 ebay jobber.
Also, I found this Simplex derailleur on ebay:

My Gipiemme Sprint looks like it must be the short cage version of this.
Mine is marked "SX610" near the nameplate.
So what model is this?
