I have made a couple from 86 BCD Stronglight and SR rings, by cutting and making new holes.

The SR 46T I have on now is my favorite. I think it looks pretty authentic, just like the outer in the "Criterium E" drawing at http://www.cyclesdeoro.com/zeus_crit_cranks.htm which is a 46 too. (I am now just using a single chainring on that crank)
