Set it up like a Time Trial bike with TA single, Huret Jubilee, Modolo brakes, and maybe Hi-E hubs.

LBS and found a 1978? Speedwell Ti frameset !! It's the polished
version, more beautiful than the Pix can show...What
components would it have had??
The Torpado Superleight frameset (1981?) is the beautiful pearl celeste
blue,
cutout T bb(Cinelli), also a 1971 Torpado that the owner should display
with his pix of it back then...his lovely wife runs the shoppe too!! I
invited
them to visit CR!! ..also a Ciocc frameset with some Campy components
and a fork crown that looks like a Colnago to me?(as well as other signature
signs) ...I plan to borrow my neighbor's digital camera soon!!
