Could that bike have been a Garlatti? I used to see those bikes in discount houses like Whitefront and FedCo in the 60's in Southern Calif. They offered fully lugged but crudely finished frames for the time -- sometimes with Campy Grand Sport componants.

Anybody know anything about Garlatti as a company or who imported them?
