The fancy non-Nervex lugs on the bikes in question (early 70's Competitions, some Internationals and Pros) were used on some pre-Raleigh Carlton Catalinas, which had a little sticker on them reading "Capella" Lugs. These go back at least to the late 60's, when I saw them. They show up on the black '73 Competitions at least as often as any other lug set. David Feldman
