"Taking this a step further... Does the "Cinelli" decal on the left side of the downtube line-up with the "Cinelli" decal on the right, or does it line up with the "Monza" portion of the other decal? I don't see a picture of the left-side decals, but imagine the following (except with the top line upside-down)...

YES, it looks like that. The decals line up on opposite sides, and are within 1 cm of being equidistant from the BB and head lug.
