I am enjoying all this talk about the viscount, as I had one back in roughly 1978, and thought it was a fun bike. But I have to warn everyone that is still using the original fork that it really really is dangerous. My father's fork (it was a holow steel steering tube with an aluminum core in the bottom that joined with the crown - this core fails) failed, and cost him a cheekbone and several teeth. So please be careful, and if you hear the slightest creeking, don't ride it.
While I have you, what about Lambert, anyone have one of them?
