Yes, Harvey, I'd like the instructions. I've wondered if they had to be nailed to old leather-soled shoes, or if there was a way to bolt them to the not-quite-so-old plastic soled Diettos. I wonder if maybe these were originally intended for track use, where the safety issues would be minor. For road use, the product liability lawyers would be in a feeding frenzy over these today.
