Actually there were two (at least!) Concord(e)s.

Stephan is correct about the Dutch marque, but there also was a house brand "Concord" which was an Asian produced line of bikes imported and promoted by the now defunct Columbus Cycle Supply in Ohio.

This particular bike could be a cheapo from the PDM team sponsor made in Asia (It is unlikely that it is Italian due to the user of Prestige tubing) or could be the top of the Ohio Company's line...
