A shifter braze on on the back of the seat tube is usually for a bottom bracket mounted generator. If it was on the side of the seat tube at the top, it would be for a pulley wheel to a hub gear.

I like the: loops on the head tube for cables lamp mount on the fork (my Condor had that) double water bottle mounts on the down tube double eyelets on the fork end

...and of course those lugs...ooohhhh!!!

I don't like the:

Front derailleur mount (limits adjustment & choice) no water bottle mounts on the seat tube cable stops on the down tube (bosses better)

...fact it's not my size & I can't afford it <g>
