Hi Gang,

Still having fun with this Photopoint site. I've just added some pictures of a pair of Peugeot's that belong to our family.

One is a PF-40 Randonneur bike that I rode in the '99 Paris-Brest-Paris. This model was called the "Gentleman". The second is a mixt frame that bares the model name "Lady" on the seat tube.

The site is: http://albums.photopoint.com/j/AlbumIndex?u09569&a247630

It seems that many people believe that the only worthwhile Peugeot is the PX-10, but I think that this PF-40 is more than a match for a PX-10 quality wise and more interesting to boot. Certainly in theme, it is closer to a Singer or Herse. Did other popular French brands offer similar "Randonneur" machines, as opposed to racers?

Cheers,

Larry
