I remember seeing a very trick Somec (Italy) with full pantographed Dura Ace in 1976 at Wishire West bike shop in Santa Monica (anyone remember Bernard?). When I asked wats up wit dat they said the Italians thought it was cool to have something other than the ubiquitous Campagnolo Super Record on a pro bike.
