I have a steel Columbus SL Lemond painted by your shop (as told to me by Gary), that is white pearl. How can I determine who built it? I got it in 92, it was a leftover frame that I got from a bike shop, they did not know if it was a 90 or 91. The details are very nice: fluted seat stay tops, engraved with Greg Lemond, a semi sloping internal cast fork crown, fine finish work inside the frame as well as lug filing. One cool feature is that the holes in the seat tube and head tube, where the top tube is brazed, have beautiful oblong holes in them, instead of round. Of course you can only see this with the seat post out and the fork off, but I like that kind of stuff.
