I was thinking the Grand Jubilee did not have Campy dropouts, but I believe some LeChampions did, although you'll probably also find Simplex and Huret DOs on other LeChampions. As I said, I have a LeChampion with a fork that looks exactly like the one on your Raleigh. Of course, Dale confirms the existance of at least one silver & black Grand Record as well.
